Plaintiff Ida Malone brought a medical malpractice action against defendants. She appeals from the trial court orders disposing of that action, which include a grant of a motion to dismiss in favor of defendants Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Utah Valley Radiology Association, and Gary Watts, M.D., and a grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants Virgil Parker, M.D., and Mark A. Fullmer, M.D. The trial court based its decisions on a determination that Malones action was not timely filed. We affirm.
